Guild members agree to pray the following prayer daily for the most recent LANE prayer intentions, and to pray an Our Father, Hail Mary, and a Glory Be for these intentions.

Dear Jesus, we know that you live within us and that you hear and answer our prayers. We ask you to send forth your Holy Spirit to fill the hearts of parishioners at Our Lady of the Lake and other parishes with the fire of your love. Please give us your grace and create in each of us a desire to be zealous to learn more about the Triune God and the Catholic faith. It is our desire that we all grow in faith and develop an intimate relationship with you, who are love itself and who never cease loving us. Inspire each parishioner to participate in LANE this coming fall.

Thank you for planting the seeds for LANE specifically here at Our Lady of the Lake and the Diocese of Grand Rapids. Thank you for bringing Greg Smith to the Catholic Church, and for bringing him here to Our Lady of the Lake and West Michigan. We pray that you will continue to bless his efforts as he uses his extensive knowledge of your Holy Word and the Catholic faith to educate and engage our parishioners and Catholics far and wide. We pray that you will help us encourage new people to participate in LANE and to become involved in the new evangelization through One Whirling Adventure.

Please continue to bless Greg with energy and creativity so that others may see his excitement in all things Catholic and feel motivated to participate in LANE and to join in evangelizing through OWA.

Thank you for the support of our parish leaders and our bishop, who have blessed Greg’s efforts and believe in his vision. We pray that the current budget will be enhanced by more people signing up for LANE classes and that parish and diocesan support will be expanded for LANE and OWA.
